Definitely a 5/5. The customer service from scheduling an appointment, the front desk receptionists, the plan coordinators, the orthodontist team, all were incredible. Not to mention, Dr Bastian set me up with a great smile! If you ask me, would I recommend them? My answer is, I would trust this entire team with my kid's teeth :)

I regret not doing this earlier with Dr. Bastian. My case is very complicated with Invisalign, but Dr. Bastian took care of it while no one in Seattle area was willing to do it. I had 4 regular teeth removed with 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bastian and his staff listened to every concern and request throughout the treatment, and with all the anxiety I had about my teeth over the past years, the result turned out great. Now, I have the perfect smile and profile, better than I ever imagined. Thank you.

I am not someone that writes reviews… but this office and Dr are worth me taking the time to do this. I interviewed 3 different orthodontists that were all highly recommended by friends before we chose to go with Dr Bastian’s office years ago. Our experience and treatment for my girls has been nothing short of amazing. I am VERY particular about my children’s health/healthcare and this staff and Dr Bastian specifically has always taken the time to answer any questions/concerns I have had. He is one of the only doctors my kids have that I can honestly say that I trust his opinion/advice and treatment plan. Our oldest daughter just finished up a years long process of several phases of work including oral surgery… our middle daughter is done with phase one and we have a 3rd that will also eventually be a patient. I don’t recommend doctors very often but if you are looking for a doctor and office you can trust… this is the one.

We were referred to Sullivan Bastian Orthodontics by a friend and have been extremely happy with the awesome service and experience! Scheduling appts, check in, text/email communications, visits, and treatment have been easy and amazing. The staff are friendly and make my daughter feel comfortable. We are happy patients!
